We’re delighted that you’ve been inspired to take part. Before applying please note the following useful information:

Be organised: Completion should take less than 10 minutes subject to having all the relevant information to hand (i.e. passport details, pre-prepared responses and family contact information)
Understand your commitment once your application has been submitted: AS A MINIMUM it is essential that you have familiarised yourself with the following – Programme Overview, Travel & Event Agenda, FAQ, Fundraising, Terms & Conditions and Payment Deadlines.
Save Time: The application form requires completion in one attempt. This registration site does not allow for storage of partially completed applications. Please scroll down, familiarise yourself with the form and then set some time aside for completion. Alternatively you can email to request a hard-copy to complete at your leisure.
Remember like any online form, you need to be careful to fill in all required sections and tick all required boxes. If you click submit and everything isn’t filled out you should be returned to your application to complete anything you missed.
Almost there… Part 1 (Application Information) should take no more than a few minutes, Part 2 (Application Assessment Questions) will require more thought with regards to your answers. We recommend you pre-prepare your responses to this section off-line first.
One final thing we’ve set a dialog box to get you to confirm when you try to navigate away from this page – this is to stop you from accidentally clicking on something and losing everything you’ve typed into your application. The dialog box will also appear when you click submit, but at that point it’s ok to agree to navigate away – your application won’t be lost when you click submit, and you will receive a confirmation email to let you know we’ve received your application.
