Thank you for applying for the BT Challenge Kenya 2014 programme. We will be contacting all successful applicants within 5 days of application. We very much hope you will be amongst them!

Should you be successful, we will contact your manager in due course to A) receive final sign-off for your participation and B) request special leave on your behalf to cover the days you spend overseas. All BT employees are eligible to lodge 3 days volunteering time against the Challenge programme but as the trip is approximately 12 working days, we will be aiming to help you recover more time off, if not all of it.  However, this is NOT guaranteed and you must be prepared to take annual leave to cover any days not granted as Special Leave.

In the meantime, please can you keep Tuesday 02 July free in your diary to attend the official programme briefing and fundraising strategy day in the Midlands. Here you’ll have the opportunity to meet your team mates, team leaders and fundraising mentors as well as be fully updated with regards to the confirmed programme. We’ll also give you support to create a fundraising plan so that you can hit the ground running as soon as you have been notified of a successful application.

If you have any further questions, please email lara@giraffeevents.co.uk

Thank you from everyone at the Challenge Worldwide team!
