Challenge Worldwide is a training and development programme designed to inspire you and leave you with the ultimate sense of achievement – this is NOT a holiday and it will test you to the absolute limits of your abilities.

Throughout the programme you will have the opportunity to develop entrepreneurial, innovation, creativity, sales, time & project management skills within an overall leadership and team-player framework.

The programme is split into two key stages, and four key challenges:

• Stage 1 – UK Based Preparation Programme – fundraising challenge, fitness & skills development
• Stage 2 – 12-16 Day Overseas Event – skills consolidation & global awareness
• Overseas Challenges – Cultural, Community & Endurance challenges
